William is an intelligent young man who had stopped going to school at a very young age because his parents did not prioritize his education, but he is now back in school and continuing his studies. He sometimes herds animals in exchange for small payments, which he uses to support himself. William loves playing football and swimming. He needs ongoing support to continue his education and meet his basic welfare needs.
