Be Part of Someone's
next Step in life
Your gift buys tools for young tradespeople, equips local churches, supports struggling families and takes the Gospel to remote island communities.
Want to sponsor one child?
Monthly sponsorship has its own page. It covers tuition, textbooks, uniforms and one-to-one mentoring.

Youth Skilling & Discipleship Centre (YSDC)
Our flagship project will be a permanent workshop centre. Young people will learn trades such as computing, tailoring and farming, and grow in faith and character.
- Vocational workshops and apprenticeships with master craftspeople
- Practical trades such as computing, tailoring and hairdressing, with the tools to work
- Teaching on biblical manhood and womanhood, and mentoring in servant leadership
“Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6)

EquipChurch Family Care & Relief Outreach
Children do best in families, not institutions. We visit homes regularly, deliver emergency food and teach caregivers to manage money and lead their families in faith.
- Home visits to check on each child and the household
- Emergency food packages and basic medical help
- Caregiver savings circles (VSLA) that protect family income
“Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction…” (James 1:27)
Island & Rural Gospel Outreaches
We take the Gospel to isolated island communities, such as Kisima 1 and 2, and to remote villages. We run weekend Discovery Clubs, teach the Bible, play sports together and send youth-led mission trips.
- Children’s Fun Days, shared meals and Scripture Discovery Clubs
- Bibles, reading books and discipleship curriculum
- Youth-led open-air Gospel rallies and island boat outreaches
- Teacher-training resources for isolated rural churches
“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” (Matthew 19:14)
Our commitments to you and to God
We answer to God and to you: partnership with local churches, a written child-protection policy and reports you can check.
Anchored in the Local Church
We do not replace the local church. We equip local congregations to care for children and youth for the long term.
Strict Child Safeguarding
Every staff member, volunteer and mentor follows our child-protection policy and works with local social welfare offices.
A lean team on the ground
Two core staff, 15 field volunteers and two organisation leaders work on the ground, so more of your gift reaches children.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from child sponsorship?
Child sponsorship pays tuition, books and one-to-one discipleship for one child, on its own page. The programmes here fund shared projects: the Youth Skilling Centre, family food relief and island outreaches.
Why do you keep children in families, not orphanages?
Children do best in strong families and church communities. So we give caregivers savings circles, home visits and emergency relief, and they raise their children with dignity.
